David Williams - Managing Partner
With over 25 years in Recruitment and Executive Search, David has worked alongside Neil Price in co-managing Michael Williams Associates. David's expertise in FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies, Commodities) / Sales, Treasury and Trading is well known in the market place and he is a trusted adviser to the Global Markets Heads of several major Banks on all hiring issues. David leads the firm’s Hedge Fund, Asset Managers and Family Offices practice.
Michael Heales - Partner
Michael has over 20 years experience in Executive Search working alongside Neil Price and David Williams. Originally focusing on roles within the FX markets, this has expanded to FICC business, and has also led the development of the firm’s Commodities business. Michael is the co-ordinator of the firm’s Research capabilities and delivers market leading research reports into specific sectors.
