Michael Williams Associates are an Executive Search firm, focused on Financial Markets, with particular expertise in roles within the FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies (FX) and Commodities) Markets for both Sell and Buy Side institutions.

Established in 1992, and with staff with a combined Search experience totalling over 75 years, we work on all assignments through to MD / Partner level, across Trading, Sales, Structuring, Strategy and Management, incorporating all facets of eMarkets. Situated in London, we work extensively in all Financial Market Centres, covering the US, EMEA and APAC.
